The gates don't work, so you have to use the intercom to speak to someone and when we arrived there was nobody so we took a ticket and then worried all day we would be charged again!

When I arrived at Ebbsfleet car park A, I was still required to take a ticket and when leaving requested to pay £14.10. It took 5 minutes on the help line to get my booking found and payment waived.

Make instructions clearer especially in leaving car park at Ebbs Fleets station.
No indication of "just drive up to barrier and it will open".

The directions were not perfect and the gate did not open going in but on exiting did open so aware dealt with correctly.

A nightmare
Really dreadful instructions
Barrier did not go up
I had to take a ticket the consequence of which was I had to pay on the way out
No time to try and resolve the problem as other cars behind us
Definitely would never use again
I would actually like s refund but the chances of that are zero

We paid online in advance to save stress on the day. There was no clear directions on how it worked & on the day they didn’t acknowledge I’d paid nor recognise this company. They did eventually let us through the car park barriers, reluctantly. This may be a one off but rather than save us stress, it caused us more hassle on the day.
