Got a parking ticket today From Napier parking saying I did not pay for a ticket. So Just park app is not working. Now appealing the decision.

Using the parking app in an area of poor Internet coverage was very slow and tedious. I needed to make a number of attempts.

paid for parking until 19:45 and someone bolted the car park just after 19:00. only phone number posted doesn't answer outside of Monday to Friday office hours.
surely if the app lets you park until 19:45 (nothing later) the car park should be open to let you leave!!!

It should be easier to choose the time slot you want it defaults to 2 hours and it was hard to change..... also it would be easier if you could pay by paypal as i didnt have my card with me. Fortunately a passenger did.
