Parking space was OK for my car (Kia Rio) but did have to climb out through the passenger door. Would have struggled if anyone had parked next to it . Larger vehicles may struggle to fit in the spaces

Bit of a struggle to find as the postcode wasn’t recognised. But once there, very easy process. Bit tight to park with spaces but managed it. You’ll have to be extremely careful parking, put your mirrors in.!

Road was closed to actually get to the spot, only way to access was through the town (which was only for buses) due to the fact I'd drove 180miles and had a timeframe to meet so I could get to London this meant, I either had to find somewhere else whilst driving that'll still be open when I got back around 1pm in the morning or just drove through the town. I've informed justpark they'll be getting the fine if I get one. It's your duty to make sure your products on sale are accessible and legit, not mine.

Unable to locate car park despite putting alleged postcode into Waze. I had to park elsewhere and am sure I have incurred a fine for straying into a pedestrian only zone while trying to locate the car park. Please park elsewhere.

Getting out of the car park on foot was almost impossible- we had to use a fire escape. On returning to the car, the keypad to get in didn't work so the shutter door didn't go up and it was only because a resident arrived that we were able to get in. All rather stressful to be honest!

pin code never worked, so had to call. after being to wait time was 2mins I was still waiting for 10mins.
spaces in the hub car park are very tight

The car park is inaccessible. The road to get there is closed and so cannot drive into the car park but there is no signs or anything to suggest any other way of getting there. Postcode sends you to the wrong side of the station.
