Sunny was great, and the location was very close to T3. Easy to catch bus to all LHR terminals.
I've parked on the wrong place, called the owner (Sunny) via the app, and he can not be more helpful to resolve my problem.
Parking is underground and secure. Ove read review it's hard to find, but before the trip used Google Maps and had no problems finding it.
Please read the instructions and park on correct bays.

Directions to space are not clear and references flat 1. Returned to a damaged vehicle ( some sort of corrosive white liquid on roof and window and door ). Which has resulted in a lot of paint damage which will need respraying to rectify. I messaged to ask for confirmation of CCTV footage so I can report to the police and insurance company ( there is a camera pointing at the space I parked) and no response has been received in nearly 2 days.

Would be helpful to have some directions on how to leave on foot and re-access on foot the car park. (There may be a short cut to the main road I couldn't find?) Apart from that, it is very good and I expect to use again. Thanks.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. It is not a safe place to park your vehicle.
I parked my car (SEAT LEON) there for four days. I came back and had two tyres got deflated and a blind spot mirror got ripped. Highly suspect the car was targeted by some criminals. If I had left my car there for any longer, I strongly believe it would have been stolen.

Secure parking and conveniently located. Its a bit tricky to find, after passing McD on your right, its first left then look out for ramp painted white going into basement parking, its the gate on the left. Host was helpful. Buses to heathrow are within 5 minutes walk.
