Despite purchasing parking via just park cornwall council parking enforcement still issued a pcn ticket despite the parking being in progress at 1133. I have now had to spend hours submitting evidence to challenge the ticket. I have had no response and am suffering anxiety expecting a long legal battle with just park and cornwall council

They had parked in the middle of the tracks and blocked us in
