I paid for parking and I just received a ticket from for parking in that place. The website linked is useless and I can't appeal. I'm being told to pay. This was the first time using your app and visit this place on holiday. Awful expience!!

Made a mistake trying to understand all the signs - tried the phone number to report it, went to a voicemail that will probably not be listened to, so we can expect a 'fine'.

Ignore sign that says "stop and pay here beforehand " proceed through barrier to end of road.

I've paid this extra 30min as I over stayed at the location.
There was no signal to contact support. And it was the first time I've ever overstayed so was unsure of what to do.
