Only the pricing is a concern. I extended for two hours more and it cost me the whole fee again which is unacceptable. It should be prorata if you have already booked a session. Feels like a rip off

When you have completed your booking and payment has been taken, we’ll send through the exact address and access instructions to your space.
Yes we have a flexible cancellation policy, you can cancel up to 24hrs before the start time of your booking.
