There was not enough places to park comfortably - no definate bays and we had to squeese into a small space.

There were no spaces left in marked bays when we arrived and there wasn't time to find another carpark. We parked next to a marked bay and as we weren't obstructing anything we are hoping that we won't be fined. Another car arrived which was also prebooked & had same issue. Next time we won't prebook but will leave enough time to use the larger carpark further away.

Not great anyone can pay and park so when we arrived even though we payed online there were no spaces.

no signage or evidence that we were in the correct car park - the only signage referred to this being a Horizon car park operated by pay by phone - it had different pricing and with no confidence that our booking was correct - we ended up paying twice as rushed for time. Just park should have made it clear on our confirmation that we would be using a car park operated by pay by phone as we assumed we'd paid for something that didn't exist
