Easy to book. Some negative reviews got parking tickets or couldn’t find the space - I used the directions sent by text message on the day, and made sure I parked in the right part of the car pack which also had spaces run by other companies. Would use again.

Ended up paying parking penalty of £60 although I booked the space through JustPark. There was no support from JustPark.

Paid in advance. Went on the spot and there were 3 parking areas. None if them had the location number I was given. Tried calling just park no one answered. Had to pay there extra to secure place. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

Parked here on 14th December and received a £100 parking fine despite following instructions. Currently disputing this but getting nowhere. Do not park here.

I had a parking ticket left on my windscreen for £100.00! How is this possible? "Smart Parking" with PCN number TE80004531 22/02/2023 at 11:35 by officer AWGH2.
Please, contact this company and assist to cancel the PCN.
Also, please advise if it is safe to use this parking space in the future.
