Entry to the estate is via Holland Road, 50 metres south of the junction with Davigdor Road/Cromwell Road. From Chatsworth Square, the no 7 bus takes less than 10-15 minutes to both the Brighton and Hove train stations. Sussex county cricket ground is 7-8 minutes walk. The sea front at Hove Lawns is a similar walk.

Very easy to find. The owner even let me use earlier when I arrived earlier than expected. Fit my Audi A1 in comfortably and felt safe and secure leaving it. Will use again :)

It was ok but a little hard to find and I could of done without the neighbour having a go, apparently the person that owns the space isn’t allowed to rent it out, I did say I didn’t care about the rules, take it up with the owner of the space it’s nothing to do with me, that shut him up

Clear instructions, easy to find. My Vauxhall Corsa fit in easy enough but I think a big 4x4 vehicle would be a squeeze!

The parking space was okay, however locating it was not. The post code is given for the flat. This should be left off the advert. Just need the post code for the parking space which is in a different road and post code. Having both post codes in the advert made it difficult to find. If this was sorted out the space is perfect for a hatchback to park in.
