The parking space did not exist. I contacted the resident at the address and he said he had never heard of Just Park let alone be registered with you. This caused me extreme disruption as I had no where to park at extremely short notice. Please refund my fee in full and compensation for the extreme inconvenience suffered. I am disappointed with this experience as I have always found your service reliable in the past. I await your reply soonest.
