I booked with you after paying at the site to cover from 1.30am to 9am as the site did not do overnight parking (staying at hotel) found out that the time i thought i arrived at the site was later so i had to go back on your app to change times, it would not let me - so i had to cancel and re do and then got an email to say we don't do refunds due to being changed before 24hrs. i had booked with you say 5pm and changed it at 5.10pm and now charged twice - i was already on the site and not booking in advance. fully understand policies but needed my say
