Ethelred estate fine a driver for even driving into the estate for a few minutes - not just for not paying for parking. This is not signposted clearly.

I received a parking ticket in this particular date
In which I am still waiting to hear back as to why I was issued a PCN!!
Either the cameras on that estate are not working properly or the just park app is not registering that a pay to park has been made.

Issues trying to pay - app wasn’t working - 3 people tried
Phone number on sign was called and office closed - driver had to leave so as not to over stay the 10-20 minute allowed - no one was really even sure if it was 10 or 20 mins and then had to park elsewhere while we sorted paying - shouldn’t be that difficult and I f relying on technology that can fail should have someone to answer phone calls on a Saturday / Sunday and 24/7
