The Centre at St Thomas Church Car Park

Very impressed with online booking and parking site. Problem was barrier would not take the code we had been sent and remained down - fortunate to be able to drive in as other car left otherwise would have missed train

The pin didn't work to get into the car park. I rang the help desk and they couldn't help us and suggested I try and find someone to let us through. Luckily for us we did find someone but if he hadn't have come we would have been left without a car parking space.

Code access doesn't work to gain access to the car park. No out of hours help was any use, ended up having to arrange alternative parking. Very disappointed

I couldn't fault the car park. It was secure and will use again. The only problem was the codes given by JustPark didn't work. Fortunately another driver let me in and I reported the issue to the owner.

The passcode given did not work. Asked for help from some off-duty staffs there but they said the car park is for church members.

Marton Street is a one way street. To find your parking space, turn into Peter St (just past The Centre @ St Thomas on the left) continue up to the top of Peter St where you'll be met by a barrier. The code given is incorrect, both codes start with 9 0, not 0 9. If you have any issues (like I did, when directions from SatNav only took you to Marton Street and codes not working), there's a lovely, very helpful receptionist in The Centre that will assist.

Parked here twice whilst in Lancaster for work and will continue to use. Received clear instructions on how to get access and never had any problems with the car whilst left.
