It's a carpark - same as other carparks the parking bays are site for maximum profit and not convenience or practicality.

I had checked online and thought this was a long stay car park. On paying, I found that I could only stay for three hours, and still did not know that I could move to a different part of the car park and stay longer. As it turned out, three hours was enough. You need to put up some signs, then perhaps people would park in the right place, stay longer, and pay for more time. I will not return until I can find out how to get to the long stay area.
