It's the perfect place to park, with it also only 15 minutes or less into Leeds City Centre via foot ( 11 minute walk to Leeds Town Hall). Also convenient for Leeds Train Station, without the high prices (16 minute Walk). We have multiple spaces located on Clarendon Road in Leeds. The space is big enough to fit a van.

Instructions that it was no 1 Charles St.
When I got there there was a car parked in front of that particular space. I phoned and the owner answered very quickly and said it was OK to park on ANY number there. About 4 spaces free so parked easily.

the spaces would be far from ideal if cars there were all large-ish. I was lucky and could squeeze into a gap.
