Payed until 11.30 started car at 11 05 to exit had to pay more because it took 30 minutes to get to exit , people driving down no exit ramps and causing backup to us and others

Booked the space for a concert in Leeds. Really easy to use and, luckily, got a space right at the entrance/exit, so no long wait to get out. Not having to queue at the payment machine was also a bonus.

Very easy to book on line. Hassle free parking with lots of spaces to choose from. Close to the arena. Clean and felt safe.

The barrier did not open automatically and I had to pay to exit. I am currently trying to get my money back

Ended up having to pay again when I arrived after pre payment system did not work and very inconvenient. Just park refunded me which was good customer service
