very tight car park as far as getting in and out, but spaces are well spaced. was difficult to find entrance

Easy system to operate and very practical

I got to the car park and had to pay again whilst there so using this online service was pointless! So I payed twice for a car park when I shouldn’t have

The ANPR system on entry and egress worked flawlessly. However, the app didn't give me details of my reserved parking bay. As it was, there were plenty of spaces so I parked in the main carpark. A clearer description of where the reserved space is would be beneficial.

Awful experience with your company. Arrived at my chosen car park to find there was no vehicle reg recognition as you had incorrectly told me, so I had to take a ticket to get in. Tried to contact your customer service from 5:18pm until 6pm, being told 'all of our operators are busy, please try again later"until the service line was closed at 6pm (that telephone customer service line apparently closes at 6pm on a Saturday!). On trying to leave the carpark later that evening, as there was nothing to recognise my registration, i had no option but to pay for my parking ticket at the machine just to get out. I’ll never use your company or services again, utter robbery and no help from your useless phone line.
