'open door' in app didn't work. once parked not easy to find way out on foot, or later by car. Instruction to leave said press green button - none found. pressed 'up arrow' button by door, but not easy to find and quite high on wall.

Easy to arrange and Sat Nav got me to the address (Via Leeds' notorious one way system) with no problems.
Only issue was, instructions gave space numbers to park in and (whilst each space is clearly marked as a Just Park Space) , I couldn't see any numbers on the plaques or the spaces.
As it was, there was only one available space when I entered, so I just parked in that.

Cannot see the numbers on the parking bays, makes it difficult to find the right bays

Service worked very well, getting into underground carpark went well. Took me a little while to work out how to get out on foot. Whilst I now realise you just press the button with the arrow it may have helped if there was a sign just nearby to indicate what to do.
Otherwise matters went really well and I will be using your services again.

Favourite parking space in Leeds. Excellent value with 12 hours parking for £12. Always really quiet and car feels really safe. Roller door opens using app so super easy to use.
