Had a great experience using this car park - the app opened the barrier without issue and the area was well lit with plenty of space for each vehicle. The JustPark spaces were clearly labelled which made it really easy to see where I could park. Would definitely park here again!

Everything went to plan, but the allocated parking bays weren’t clearly marked, making it tricky to work out where we could park. Tried calling the Customer Service team, and we couldn’t get through. Took an educated guess on where we could park, and it all seemed fine for the 7 hours we were there.
I would use this service again, despite the issues on contacting the customer service team.

Excellent little car park, good security. Couldn't find a pedestrian way out so we had to open the main barrier door. Website said 3mins from there to the Grand Theatre, it wasn't, was actually 15 mins but still very handy for the city. Would recommend this car park.

My space wasnt free and had to park in a residents spot as I had to be at the crown court by 130 pm. My case ended sooner than expected and I made it back to the car within 40 minutes . There was a space then which I assumed was mine!
I am a professional and it was risky leaving the car in a space I shouldn't have as someone was late to their car!
