Good value, easy to book online, even easier in the app, clear instructions, easy to locate parking space. Took the hassle out of finding a space in a busy city on a Saturday. Would recommend and use again

Excellent secure parking in a great location. Code for entry worked fine. Exit was by pushing an up arrow button to the side of the shutter.

Problems getting back into the parking garage upon my return. Pin did not work, not answer on the call for assistance at the barrier. Took about 20 mins to get access to get my car.

After several going round the block, eventually found the ramp. Just Park sign hidden by several large waste bins. Stressful, as we wasted 20 mins finding the car park. Maybe better to place a large sign above the shutter. Then took us 5 mins to work out how to get out on foot. No signage to say exit. Overall will not park here again. Due to lateness, we ended up getting an uber to the University
