Springfield Mount Car Park

Parking was fantastic for Leeds Uni. Particularly for Charles Morris Halls. Only issue was the road the property is on is a bit of a challenge. Cobbled street with lots of cars parked on either side making things a bit tight. But I will definitely park here again. Good price and super convenient.

I've booked a few spaces with this app and I've not had any problems until today. The spaces weren't very well signposted and then trying to park in the space wasn't easy, The spaces weren't numbered which meant I didn't know if I was in the right one. Then when reversing out of the spaces it was really tight which meant some of the foliage caught the back of my car, I've paid to park tomorrow but I won't be returning

Space was occupied on arrival

I was directed to parking bay 3 but there was no sign to show where that was. The drive was disgustingly filthy - picture taken but unable to copy and paste here (why is that not possible?)

Clear instructions and images provided showing car park space. Found it easily and was very convenient.

Actual space had another car in it so had to park in the space next to it.

I don't like to leave negative reviews BUT upon arrival at the parking lot, we discovered that ALL bays were taken up by random cars. Called the generic assistance phone number which went nowhere. Waited a short while to see if they were cars where their current parking session was just ending but also we could not afford to be late. Sadly, moved off to park elsewhere. Defeats the whole point of booking and paying in advance if you then have to scramble to find a new parking space when you actually arrive. Twice the cost and twice the stress.

There was no space, 4 cars already parked in space of three, nowhere to turn around, exit blocked by another car. Phoned the customer service and was offered space further away if I paid extra. I would have missed the appointment if I went to other parking. Left the car outside on single yellow and went for appointment. Submitted claim for refund.
