When I arrived all the parking spaces were full despite pre booking. I left my car at the side temporarily as I had to get to a meeting and came back shortly after. Some bloke (assuming the owner) said I can't park where I am and I explained that if the car park wasn't full I'd have been able to park in the right place. He then got some people to get their cars out and said he was about to issue me a ticket, no apologies for causing me the inconvenience. Poorly managed

We turned up to park our car but no spaces available. Called the call centre and they put the phone down. Eventually they re allocated a spot miles away. Lost 2 and half hours of my life and spoiled our weekend away.

No spaces available on arrival, with 3 cars unable to park. We managed to squeeze in what is not actually a space with glass etc under.
The reason for a lack of was that 3 cars were parked inconsiderately in a way that took up 2 spaces.
