Need to know

Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation.

Park in an arrival bay and head to the reception. Your car will be parked for you while you catch the included shuttle bus to the terminal. The bus runs when needed and takes 5 minutes.

When you return, the shuttle bus will pick you up where you were dropped off. Pick your keys up from reception and you can head home.

Accessibility

There are accessible spaces in the undercover area of the car park. There are also accessible toilets on site.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 4 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £35 for the first day and £5 a day after that. This is subject to change.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Please note, if your vehicle is larger than a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m) you will be charged £20 by the car park on arrival.

If the car park is unable to move your car due to Ghost alarms, immobilisers, roadworthy issues, or the wrong or no key, they will charge you £3 per day.

If your car doesn't start, the car park will use a jump start pack. If you'd prefer them not to use the jump start pack, let reception know when you arrive.

Parking wasn't an issue, the issue came when we arrived back in the Uk. We were amongst 30 people waiting to be collected. After waiting for 30 mins, a transit van appeared with 7 seats for 30 of us. When asked by me what was going on, we were informed that a member of the drivers family had passed away and he wasn't working. I asked what contingency plan they had, but was told that they had no contingency plan at all. The van reappeared after about 20 minutes or so a few more people were able to get on but we were told that the taxi would turn up and help take the rest of us away. They only mine. There were still 20 odd of us. However, when this van did arrive, it turned into a freefall And people that had been waiting at the front of the queue now found themselves at the back of the Cue we know for their own. Eventually took us over an hour before we managed to get to the parking centre where we had to wait for a little bit longer for our car. I find it absolutely incredulous that accompany of this size only has one driver capable of driving the bus surely contingency plan would've been to get an agency driver in. I can tell you now that how do you been stood out in the pouring rain, this you would've been an awful lot worse, but I can say that due to the way we were treated and spoken to except by the driver that picked us up he was extremely polite and courteous. I will never park with this company again. My young son and my 80 year old father left to stand in the freezing cold for an hour totally unacceptable.
