This driveway is ideally situated in the middle of Leeds, with Leeds Uni, Leeds Met, the Leeds Arena and the Merrion Centre all within a 5 minute walk. The parking benefits from excellent links to the ring road and helps you to avoid a lot of city centre traffic which is a problem with a lot of central parking. The driveway is well lit and there are four people living in the house who will actively keep a look out for the safety of your car.

Unfortunately a car was on the driveway when I arrived ( 2 hours after I had booked the spot ) and was still there when I left at 11 pm
The response from the contact number was quick and said they would issue a permit to park on the street, so hopefully I won't be getting a fine. Not their fault if a car isn't moved, but think I'm being fair with 3 stars due to quick response to my call.

Very nice friendly and helpful owner of the space. Really handy only having down the road to walk in a city I have no idea about. Easy to reverse on, easy to fine.

Sadly arrived (and i was later then my start time) and previous space user had overstayed their time so i had to go elsewhere. Owner was very apologetic and wanted to assist me with the refund.

I couldn't park in the space there was a car already in the space small pink fiat reg BU70CFK tried to ring the parking space contact number (at 18:15) - no reply - they did try call back 45 min later (19:00) but we were already into our event then so had wasted the parking fee. I feel really disappointed and wouldn't ever use again or recommend

The space was easy to find and in a good location. However the drive had overflowing bins on it and rubbish bags on the floor which we had to move before pulling onto the space.

Excellent parking option for central Leeds. A few minutes walk from the First Direct Arena, really easy to find and perfect instructions in advance.

Fantastic location for our couple of days in Leeds. Great communication from the space owner making it all very easy. Easy to find, easy to park. Would definitely recommend this spot if popping into Leeds.
