Ribbon Residence Car Park

Very easy to set up and use via app or website and very reasonably priced for parking close to the city centre. The only minor criticism is that the marked parking areas are the bare minimum size. As the only choice I had was against a brick wall with vehicles parked close to the line front and rear of the one I had to use, it made getting into the space tricky.

Very impressed with the car parking experience today. Very simple instructions to follow and was given the precise address and directions via sat nav. There are marked signs with Just Park labelled very visible to see so you can park on the numbered bays which will state in your allocated bay in your confirmation booking email. Located in a safe area, was straight forward to find and all the marked bays are spacious. Had no issues and would be definitely be using just park again. Thankyou

Space owner put a "notice of parking fine" on my car!!!!

Someone had parked in my car parking space again. This is the second time I've booked and no space available.

It is tight to turn your vehicle and park. There were some works going on that also narrowed the entry to the spaces and which completely blocked one of the just park spaces from use (no 4) I used bay 5 as it was the only one free. That was also partially blocking anyone else accessing the parking for this residence and the one next to it (Woodhouse Plaza). However I had no choice as my daughter had a hospital appointment and we would have been late if I'd tried to park elsewhere. I did not feel safe leaving my car there and half expected it to get damaged or find an angry note on my windscreen. For clarity, we arrived at 8:55 due to bad traffic and left at 9:40 as soon as we left the hospital so I was not there long. I'll only park here again as a last resort.

Parking place was challenging to find and even more challenging to park in. When I parked, there were 2 parking places left, so it was not hard to get in, even though a passenger had to leave the car before parking due to close proximity of the wall. On return, another car was parked behind, leaving space approx 40 cm in front and back to manoeuvre my car out of the parking place. On a plus side, location was good, once I found it, sadly, won't be booking this place again due to lack of space.

Then spaces were very tight made worse by poor parking from other people using the other spaces. The dirt and bags of rubbish in the spaces was disgusting I didn't feel safe or comfortable parking my car there

I have a fiesta, so a relatively small car. The parking space was VERY small and took many manoeuvres to park, I wouldn't recommend using this space.
