Exchange Building Car Park

The worst experience with a car park The car park is a flooded basement and the entrance is very narrow and steep plus the door closed on my car and it scratched it.When I say narrow entrance I really mean it when the door opened I wasn't sure my car was gonna fit it's really bad.NEVER GO THERE PEOPLE TRUST ME

The parking is in the basement and getting to the parking space you need to go down a sharp narrow bend. There was no light on the bend and my car was scratched due to the very tight bend and darkness. Very disappointing with the parking space allocated. I was told to park on allocated spaces between 22 - 24 but there were no numbers.

Worst place we have ever left car! Not easy to find. Drive in and out is horrendous - very steep and narrow. Underground area is dark with water flooding floor. Very unsafe at night. Avoid.

do not park or even book here. the place is terrible. difficult to find, incredibly narrow and steep. you drive down a vertical incline to a tiny basement unlit garage. I was terrified. I couldn't manoeuvre my car and smashed it twice against the wall. as a woman on my own there was no way I was staying here it was like something out of a horror movie. I left immediately damaging my car on the way in and way out!

It's not for big cars ,its a steep slop going down & tight ,there was no lights what's so ever so couldn't find the parking bays also out side the building there addicts it's not safe especially for women on there own

Couldn't find the parking.. had to park in NCP

The ramp down was extremely steep and we had been told to park in certain numbered bays but none of the bays were numbered. It was very dark and felt unsafe

I'm sorry to say this is the worst parking space i have ever found in my life.Though i am an experienced HGV class one driver i had to struggle a lot to go through a very narrow tilted curved ramp using the and brake and reversing gear to avoid hit the wall dtiving a small Audi A3... Once i've got the underground level there was no practically lighting at all,plenty of big pillars whithout yellow lines girding them as it normally done...,i needed to get out of my car more than once to make sure i did not hit any of those pillars. To sume up i don't recommend this park to anyone,specially a new driver.

Very low lighting, feels very unsafe, random people in and out of the building, in the end the car made it but it was horrible driving in and out

Did not feel safe getting to my car at the end of the evening. The barrier wouldn't open to let me into my car. Strangers hanging around outside. Also very tight spaces.
