Exchange Building Car Park

Didn't feel very safe and it was extremely dark.

This parking place does not exist….. Drove round 9 times looking for it ….asked the locals who had never heard of it also…. very doggy area also… Ended up going to another car park… Feel I’ve been scammed DO NOT USE

I had to use alternative parking.

It is not acceptable to allow drops of acid to fall from the ceiling, all the bays were occupied so I had to park underneath the drops of acid without being made aware of the danger. Now the bodywork and windscreen etc is damaged and I will be seeking full compensation from Just Park to repair the bodywork and windscreen The car park was obviously over booked as all the Just park places were full. If you check your CCTV footage between about 8pm and 8 . 30 pm on Saturday you will see that I inspected every bay to make sure that there were no bays available. Horrible car park. Worst I have ever been to. As a single woman I felt incredibly unsafe. Dark. Hardly any lighting. The only area I could park, much of it was underwater and very dark and difficult to manoeuvre. I only have an i10 and took a lot of work to avoid pillars. Deeply unhappy about this. Had I had time, I'd have driven out to seek a better and safer option. Hugely unimpressed Just Park

Unable to access or use the car park on arrival due to the given code not working (code double checked and several attempts made). Had to use the (luckily nearby) NCP at greater cost.

Would use again.

Very unpleasant place with very very poor lighting.. Wrongly marked parking spaces and a very very tiny space to get in and out of the parking with a real risk of scratching you car no matter of your driving skills.. Would not recommend and would not use it again..

There was water everywhere and the lights barely turned on so I couldn’t see much - it’s good for security (gated) but it really needs renovating

The worst experience with a car park The car park is a flooded basement and the entrance is very narrow and steep plus the door closed on my car and it scratched it.When I say narrow entrance I really mean it when the door opened I wasn't sure my car was gonna fit it's really bad.NEVER GO THERE PEOPLE TRUST ME
