Exchange Building Car Park

Getting in & out of the car park was near impossible. Steep ramp with a tight 180 switchback turn. Scraped my skirting, won't use again.

The exit/entrance has a 180 degree hairpin at a incredibly steep incline. Too tight for the turning circle of my Zafira (and for a lot of cars judging by paint on the wall). I had to stop to reverse a little to get round. Challenging on the way in but on the way out, tyres were wet due to the standing water in the car park and I got stuck on the bend as my wheels were spinning and couldn't gain traction on the slippy surface. Utter nightmare. In the end, no option but to reverse, hill start at a stupid incline and up the revs so that I did rest of the bend much faster than was safe hoping I didn't hit the wall. If you want to burn your clutch doing hill starts, enjoy clouds of burning rubber from your tyres, donate a pit of you car paintwork along with getting wet feet as you paddle through the standing water in a dimly lit, flaking scene from a zombie film then I really recommend this space.

Good location

Horrific concrete posts driving down into the car park. Not easy to park in. The NCP nearby was quite reasonably priced, should've gone there

Didn't feel very safe and it was extremely dark.

This parking place does not exist….. Drove round 9 times looking for it ….asked the locals who had never heard of it also…. very doggy area also… Ended up going to another car park… Feel I’ve been scammed DO NOT USE

I had to use alternative parking.

It is not acceptable to allow drops of acid to fall from the ceiling, all the bays were occupied so I had to park underneath the drops of acid without being made aware of the danger. Now the bodywork and windscreen etc is damaged and I will be seeking full compensation from Just Park to repair the bodywork and windscreen The car park was obviously over booked as all the Just park places were full. If you check your CCTV footage between about 8pm and 8 . 30 pm on Saturday you will see that I inspected every bay to make sure that there were no bays available. Horrible car park. Worst I have ever been to. As a single woman I felt incredibly unsafe. Dark. Hardly any lighting. The only area I could park, much of it was underwater and very dark and difficult to manoeuvre. I only have an i10 and took a lot of work to avoid pillars. Deeply unhappy about this. Had I had time, I'd have driven out to seek a better and safer option. Hugely unimpressed Just Park

Unable to access or use the car park on arrival due to the given code not working (code double checked and several attempts made). Had to use the (luckily nearby) NCP at greater cost.
