I was instructed to use the app and not worry about the time spent parked and only pay when you finish which sounded positive versus text reminders. i arrive 7 minutes after 2hrs parking and fined £45..

Why when it has a minimum charge for an hour, was I charged more than that for half an hour. Ridiculous!!!!! I thought the idea of this was to charge for the time u actually park for!!!
