The pay machines were defaced. One was behind a metal fence due to construction work. Also defaced. Unable yo pay with card or cash. Running later for dental appt. Had to revive my parking app to pay. All time consuming.

Payment machine not working, internet connection not good. Not a nice car park, hardly any spaces, very tight and doesn't feel safe!

very limited parking with a bad layout, it wasn't clear what parking was public parking and what was private.

Spaces are tight for modern cars, there were a lot of spaces not being used, maybe widen the spaces?

I didn't understand it said no payment after 16.30 this was 17.30 then I was charged 30 pence to park and £1.99 insurance , would be better if charges were explained better all I needed to do was pick up a prescription for client which took 10 mins if that.
