It is not clear if there are designated areas for pre-paid parking nor anywhere to confirm arrival etc so I was unsure if I had parked correctly.

Went to the Liverpool game. It was easy to find. There are warnings around 90min parking restrictions on matchdays but I checked with security and they said ignore that if pre booked. All was fine when I returned. Definitely parking there again
