Couldn't find the details for the car park but payed for parking anyway and saw the chain on the gate so parked elsewhere, very misleading and a waste of money

You have to prebook this car park. You cannot just turn up and use the app. There is a barrier which will only open if you get all this right. There was no one to speak to and it wasn't made clear this is what you had to do. In the end had to find somewhere else to park.

Disappointed that we couldn't book for more that two hours. We arrived at our accomodation mid- afternoon and we were eating out and going to a concert close by. Made it difficult to relax as we had to check booking and this refected in the price we had to pay.
