Directions to car car was terrible, roads closed , bollards up , ended up parking on the street , wont be using ever again waste of money…. Not expecting to see this review posted …..

My Satnav took me on a wild goose chase, it's a one way system. Luckily I saw the picture of the entrance and spotted it instead of driving around. I arrived on a busy Saturday. Ended up driving all the way up to floor 13 for a space. Some corners can be quite narrow. On return to my car on the Monday afternoon. I'd stupidly left my car unlocked, but it was undisturbed. Will use again

Could have been better in and out signs and clearer arrow markings on the floor. Also cars parked outside bay markings at end of rows making it very tight to navigate the levels.

5 stars - we did ring customer service to see if we was allowed to drive out during our stay there which was allowed , the text I received prior to parking didn’t tell us to activate the parking on the screens so I’m glad we rang up as the operator activated the car . Other than that we had no problems : thank you

Convenient location, easy to find, excellent booking arrangements and reasonable price. The only negative was having to go up to the 11th floor before there was a free parking slot and fearful on the way up whether there would be any

Easy to find and close to where we needed to go.
Only downside - the spaces and access ramps are a bit tight but I wouldn't mark it down on that basis as it all depends how and what you drive.

Easy to book, great customer service! I got a little confused by the QR codes everywhere and scanned one to "check in" even though I'd booked online, and when it didn't sync my booking I called the helpline and the staff were very helpful.

I purchased parking online for Friday to Monday and it was quick and easy. I would definitely use again. Car park was secure and plenty of space to choose from when arriving at in afternoon.
