Great parking and I will use again for sure. Great price and upon arriving I was greeted by the owner of the space who kindly asked did any of us need to use the toilet first then when I asked for directions he kindly gave. It's not a far walk to the stadium at all. I had called ahead as we got stuck in the M6 so just wanted to advise we was running later than stated and he was very polite and said no bother at all the gate was open for our arrival. If you want a space and at a great price use his driveway.

Owners were there to greet us and see us off, asked if we needed water or to use the bathroom which we thought was very sweet.

Was a bit tight due to cars parked directly across but not a real issue. Met the house owner who was very welcoming.
