I had to contact the owner to find out which bay to park in. If the bay number was given in the instructions this would make it easier.

I found the car park easily, but found it hard to find the actual space within the car park. In the end I parked in a space that didn't look allocated to anyone. I felt comfortable with the car parks security and location was excellent for what I needed, however I would have felt more comfortable if there was a map to the allocated space, rather than just a picture.
