Had to call space owner to find that the parking space was 76 or 77 Also spaces are under trees so car covered in bird droppings

Lack of correct informaton for parking. Booking process was easy but I did not get the information I needed for finding the the parking space and had to ask the renter for it. Then the space number he gave me was wrong so when we returned there was a penalty notice stuck on the car. Fortunately I was able to show the manager that it was not my fault and did not get charged.

Fantastic place to park, five minutes walk into the city centre. Secure and felt safe. Fantastic host who was very kind and helpful. Will definitely use this space again when we visit Liverpool. Thank you so much

Very clear and obvious how to get into the car park - it would be nice to know ahead of time what to do once you get into it, however. To save some stress (apparently just park on the left in any of the spaces, you can’t really read the numbers on the floor anyway)

Great location for city parking. Only issue I had was that the parking space numbers are to faint so I didn't know which space it was on arrival. Phoned owner, very helpful and lovely. Sorted straight away. Gated parking. No issues with gate code worked fine- opens automatically on exit. I've ticked car space was easy to find because the location is easy to find. Owner just needs to sort out the numbers, so that the space is easily found. I had a Skoda Estate and car fitted in fine. Will use again if owner sorts numbers out. Thank you.
