Why is it cheaper ro turn up and pay rather than book and pay. Cost me £9.90 to book between 10.30 and 17.90, but if I just turned up I could get 12 hours fir £6.00

We have been charged £100 for parking in this car park, but on appeal they tell us we had to go through RingGo, so it appears this site shouldn't be offering parking in the spaces at all.
