Upon going back to the car, the stairwell was packed with many young men smoking drugs, They had bikes in there also. It was quite unpleasant. Yes could do with better security in this car park. Not a cheap car park excepted better!

The carpark is not well signposted
The pedestrian access is difficult to find and not signposted (at all?)
The ramps between floors are very narrow

We booked online. Everything ran smoothly. We entered our numberplate online and the doors just opened automatically when we approached the gates. Good service.

Seemed easy enough, but instructions not clear as when you get to the car park (or the one I used) scanning the code didn't work, had to get a ticket, leaving they wanted to charge me, although assistance let me out, the barrier never opened on arriving etc, so it was not so easy and therefore not even sure if it was any cheaper!
