Easy parking that felt safe. we have a Kia stonic, which is a medium size of car, a bigger car could have been a squeeze, as the ramps are quite narrow, but for our car it was great

The barrier did not open automatically on entry.As I had cars queueing behind me I was obliged to press button for ticket. On leaving, the barrier machine demanded £13!

Our number plate would not read upon entry or exit the Q carpark. Therefore we were holding up other customers who wished to enter and exit the carpark.
Eventually the assistant person came on the intercom and left us both in and out.

Really accessible car park, no problems finding it or getting a space. Car park is really well positioned for going into town, and easy access for leaving afterwards.
