Couldn't get out of the car park in the morning, operator I spoke to when trying to get out was quite rude

It was tad stressful
My code didn't work at barrier and I tried to extend my time by 10 minutes because I was early and customer service couldn't do it. However the customer service was very helpful given the circumstances

The camera on exit did not recognise my registration plate and I had to pay again in order to exit the car park. The car park machine kept my receipt too so unable to prove I paid twice. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Great car park, nice big spaces, well lit and in a great location
But:
Directions to car park were vague, access is via a ramp in the middle of a busy dual carriageway. This is not easy to negotiate when the road is very busy. This info should be included in the directions so that users are made aware.
"What 3 words" directions involved leaving car and walking. Clearly impractical!
ANPR did not work on barrier when I first arrived at car park. Ended up taking a ticket and then exiting car park to try again. A very stressful experience!

When I arrived at Liverpool one car park the automatic number plate recognition did not work so I had to take a ticket at the barrier. On leaving I was charged £25 which I had already paid to you for advanced booking. There was no receipt from the machine so can’t claim it back. In effect I paid twice. Not impressed by your service.
