Arrived at the parking and found it to be full. The hotel reception said that it can happen and that it was in the terms and conditions. I had booked it before and I’m sure they had an underground parking lot. I was fortunate enough that someone was just leaving.

No parking bays available on arrival. Car park had cars parked in front of each other - absolutely ridiculous. I eventually moved some large bins and squeezed into a minuscule space at the back of the hotel. Even worse when trying to get our, with even more cars in the car park. Will never use again.

Was a handy location. Was hoping for automated/ anpr barrier entry, but getting parking ticket validated at reception was pretty straightforward.

When we arrived there was no space in the car park. We had to attend the hotel reception who said it’s on a first come first served basis!! They kindly moved a staff car from a very tight spot for me.Not the service I expect when paying this price!!
