Parking charge notice received. Left the space well within the times paid for. Used the app to get directions to the site. Not happy that I have to spend time resolving this

Never got to the carpark the postcode they gave us sent us to a dead end Street spent a hour driving round wasting petrol. We gave up in the end and . We went to find elsewhere which was closer to the hotel . So I paid for nothing and obviously they never used the car recognition to see if we had arrived . Tried ringing them was put on hold for over 10 minutes listening to awful music . Would definitely not recommend
