machine was not working, out of order with a note on it , if you cant manage to pay in another way DONT STAY. as an agent for this car park you should sort this out

Parking was great but paying was crap. First the machine was out of order then there was a wrinkled sticker stuck partly on the machine saying if you don't pay via the app you will be fined. The sticker was a vile introduction to a new place and seemed like a public warning rather than a notice. The least welcoming car park in Wales.on a.par with the car park at Hope Cove in Devon which is equally as unwelcoming. Sort it out, that experience was crap to be polite.

Felt conned to pay more as parking meter was out of use and you get charged extra for using the app and then conned into paying for texts! Disgraceful!!

Felt really uncomfortable parking here even with the app don't think I'll be back again the amount of people struggling to download the app I had to leave the car park get the app and go back hope I don't get a problem

This is a public car park. There was formally a machine which was out of action and covered in threatening messages about how you would get fined if you didn't manage to pay within 10 minutes on just park. Despite the lack of ease in paying, the session starts on arrival with no leeway. What a way to ruin a beauty spot.

Car parkbis small, one car in or out at a time. I got stuck in the car park as cars were loading and putting away paddle boards ect... pushed me over my time and received a ticket. no signal in car park so could not extend...

Bad signal, no wifi, added a new vehicle to my just park app and due to the lack of signal the update didn't go through and I've ended up with a parking ticket. No way to pay at the machine in the carpark with card.

All good, only downside was some local chap who claimed I was littering as someone left a bag of rubbish which I moved. Sorry but a black bag full of waste I'm not touching. Shame on the local to accuse me so i won't be back i can't stand bizzybodies

Horrible. 1st time on Wales. Parked and went to pay machine it didn't work was there for a while then saw people standing around a board so followed they advised need to call or go online. I thought id call as easier but the number tool me to a pcn line not paying over the phone. Then asked and was advised to go on justpark by another customer which I did. Setting up account took a while. The site didn't let me back time the parking as arrived at around 10.28ish approx typed in 10.30 and kept changing to 11. Then as I didn't want to waste anymore time thought I'd just pay Then call. Tried an again pcn only no other option. Called justpay they said they future book not back. There was no other way for me to pay. Lady at cafe told me I'd be getting a fine. Will be taking this to court as from someone out of town to be put through this on holiday is ridiculous one solution number doesn't allow you to speak to a human either no options suitable and the 2 that were closest cut you off anyway. So will never been using this and will be going to ofcom.
