Parking on Nant Y Bryn, SA14

I booked a private driveway for 48 hours so that I could attend hospital, which involved an early arrival, minor operation and an overnight stay. I arrived at the booked site at 7.00 am to find that the owner had left his car parked thereon. I knocked on the door but received no answer. I took a photograph of the owner's car in situ and then left to find a suitable off road spot where I could leave my car for 36 hours. On returning home I double checked the terms and conditions to confirm that I had the right to arrive and depart at any time in the booked period. I immediately contacted Just Park with a request for a refund in full and sent a copy of the picture. The refund was in my bank with 24 hours. Whilst having to endure the frustration of searching for a suitable spot to park off road I must commend Just Park for their prompt and unquestioning response. Hence my 4 star rating.
