No codes, no fuss. Busy street and never had any problems as there are people always walking by - not like parking in a dark alley or car park! Couldn't be easier! Wide enough for disabled access, too.
The space is available 24/7. The space is easy to find, but if you have any problems, I often work from home so just call me or even just knock on my door. I sometimes put up a small metal hoop to ensure the space is kept free, but it's never locked, so just lower it by hand if it's up.
