The owners came out of the house when I arrived a few minutes before 11.15. She caught my car with something she was holding and then walked off. Luckily there was no mark.

Once at the address of my parking the access code wasn't works so I couldn't get in. One resident by getting out allowed me. Came back in 20 min, again code wasn't works. I get my car out. One resident told me that there no any parking for any one no resident at this address.
I asked for refund but no one come back to me yet (3days)
