Price for the location was fantastic. Unfortunately the people parking in there could not park properly and there were multiple spaces that could not be used due to poor parking of vehicles

The instruction said we could park in any available bay. But there were a lot of parking bays which said 'premium reserved'. This was quite confusing. I parked in one of those slots first, without realising it was reserved. When I realised that, immediately I took my car out of that space and went to a bay which didn't have a 'premium' board. The place was filthy, smelling urine and I was with my 4-year old. The place also didn't feel quite safe, looked secluded and isolated.
