Thank you for instructions that allowed me to park in a hurry. Just may be worth noting which lockbox, and reiterating it's the space nearest entrance earlier in directions, as the rest of the numbers have faded. Really appreciated this parking on a stressful day. Thank you for making it easy.

Space as described and easily accessed. Make sure you read the full description as you need a permit for this space and it is in a coded box! A good system to have but I nearly walked off without displaying it. My fault, nothing to do with the owner's instructions

This parking space was an absolutely perfect location for our Beyonce concert in Tottenham Football Stadium. However, unfortunately the owner decided to cancel my prepaid booking just a couple of days before the concert, when all other options were fully booked and they then re-advertised the space at 4 times the price! They knew I would have no option but to pay this, because the trains were also on strike. I booked this space long in advance, as I have a disability and needed a driver and space within walking distance! I have never experienced this before with JustPark and never needed to leave negative feedback in all the years I have used this app! How disappointing that owners can get away with doing this and how worrying that when you book, there is no longer any security in your booking, if the owner wishes to quadruple the price at last minute! And JustPark did absolutely nothing to rectify or remedy the situation! Shame on you both for treating those with a disability and long standing loyal customers in such a poor way!
