Barrier didn’t open on arrival or exit
Response from Help button took quite a long time to answer, causing annoyance to cars behind waiting to leave.
But premises looked clean.

We had to pay with a ticket as well. The car park did not let us out. We paid on here and at the stall. We are furious and won't be using just park again unless there can be a resolution to this. We ended up paying 2x the parking! What can you do to fix this issue for us. We are super frustrated and feel taken advantage of.

I already booked on 2 April 2025 but when I reached the parking site the barcode wasn’t scanning it was taking so long and I was running late to overcome late I had to pay extra £40 for parking- remember this is parking booking I already paid on 2 April 2025 .i have requested for refund but no response from customer support .
