I was charged an exorbitant £36 for 3 hours by Q-PARK because the system did not recognise my car and Q-Park did not confirm my pre-booked and prepaid order via JustPark. I spent 30 minutes in the car park trying to sort out the problem while my family waited for me on the cold street. It was horrible.

Found the car park easy to get to. as I booked in advance I just drove up to the gate and it opened. nice safe and secure car park several ok levels and plenty of spaces. would recommend 100/%. space for the cars seems enough. I only have a Peugeot 2008 so not a large car. I did see plenty of bigger cars in the car park and each space seemed like enough space . if I ever need to go to London again I would definitely use q parks

Excellent, very safe, number plate scaner automatically opens the gate on entry and exit. QR code worked perfectly for entry as a pedestrian

charged an extra 48 pounds to park. it was 0700 so couldn't reach anyone and I had a meeting in Staffordshire so couldn't delay. I should have known better than to trust Just Park
