A good experience as a first time customer. The car park was really close to the tube station and easy to find. The app and communication all worked well and apart from the traffic which is not their fault, everything went as planned. I chose the site as it was easy to get back on the M4 after a day out in London which saved me a lot of time. Thanks

Worked well for us - plenty of spaces and security guy was visible. Literally 2 mins walk from the Irish Cultural Centre where we had booked to see a play. I understand what some people are saying about walking on the gravel (wear flats!) and going back there in the dark but no complaints from us.

ease of communication and parking was very easily accessible, and only a minutes walk to my office !!

Parking my car there was quite easy and a great experience, but I think a bigger sign indictating this parking lot needs to be shown just before that right corner (when you come from the main road (into that pathway). Another thing that could be improved is regarding that gravel. You can arrange some walking pathways from the bays to the main gate. I really had some trouble walking on that gravel. And my last question, how long will this parking be there on that same spot? I am asking this as it seems to me that is something temporary, as there are constructions sites all around. Price was good too! Thank you!
