Care Park - Oxford Street West

It's a great car park but the number plate recognition system doesn't work so you have to pay again to leave. Just Park are only willing to refund the payment to them (much cheaper than the price on the day) and the phone number for the car park goes the voicemail every time. I won't be using this car park again.

Having prebooked and paid for parking online, when I get to the exit barrier there is no record of my registration number and I am expected to pay for parking. I then have to reverse back up the curved ramp to find some body body to open the barrier. So much for stress free !!

The space fit my car but might be tight if you have an SUV. If you are collecting your car late at night or in the early hours of the morning then you might have to wake up the car park attendant to show them your booking confirmation!

Mostly good. It was Easy to make a reservation. The ability to edit booking at no charge to me was welcome. Entry was easy. It would have nice to know that I could use any space ahead of time. For some reason I realised once on site. I was disappointed with signage for pedestrian exit but mostly with the car exit. The barrier did not lift. When I pressed the help button I was asked for £40 (about 3 hours for an electric vehicle) I tried to explain that I had prepaid but was asked for the £40 a further 2 times. I ended up almost shouting because I could not work out if I was misunderstood or misheard.

Far too tight for SUV, very difficult to find a space ,and then fiasco at checking out as no guidance as to if barreir would open automatically etc. Very poor all round

Easy to find, secure parking

The person who opens gate was missing for 30 mins so was not able to get out of the car park. Not idea when you in a rush to another meeting.

I paid for my parking in advance with Justpark and then had to pay again when leaving! And I arrived bit later than anticipated and left earlier, not that I’ve overstayed, so I paid twice. What a scam!

Car park attendant very friendly. Definitely park here again.

Worst experience. Had to pay an extra £40 for 3 hours on the machine as well as the Pre booking of £24. There was no person to help or let out so had to pay it on the exit otherwise the barrier wouldn't open. What a rip off. If my reg number is pre booked then the barrier should automatically open up without any help. The system should be integrated. But it seems as if this was done on purpose to charge customers more money. I would rate less than that but no option.
