Couldn't find the place, so can only thumbs down all questions. Tried following the What3Words which said "arrived" when outside a parking entrance with GREY roller door & no key safe. Tried driving back around Buckingham Gate but still couldn't find it, so gave up & found a Q-Park garage which cost the same. I guess the owner saying didn't want calls asking directions means we weren't the only ones to have difficulty! Won't use this one again :-(
