Today, I was issued a fine for parking in this bays, which I now realize was far too small for my vehicle, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to re-park my car in elsewhere because I was late for my jury service. I am demanding a full refund for the charges incurred today, as well as complete compensation for the fine I have been unjustly issued. To begin with, your parking bay measurements were not provided, and because my vehicle is larger, it did not fit within the given space. As a result, the car was slightly overhanging the pathway, which, as a consequence, led to my parking fine. However, it is crucial to point out that the pathway itself is obstructed by plant pots which are in the ads picture (!) making it even harder to park without encroaching upon it. Furthermore, upon reviewing the parking bay, it is evident that the space is incredibly tight and obstructed by plant pots, as can be clearly seen in the attached picture. This makes it almost impossible for any vehicle of a decent size to fit comfortably without overhanging. It is entirely unfair to issue a fine under such circumstances. The parking space is clearly unsuitable for larger vehicles, and this issue is further compounded by the fact that your app does not accurately reflect the true size of the bay. If the app had worked as intended, I would have known not to attempt parking in that space, and this entire situation could have been avoided. Additionally, the advertisement on your website implies that your parking spaces can accommodate vehicles of various sizes, which is blatantly misleading. I strongly urge you to remove this advertisement immediately, as even larger cars than mine would face the same penalty. I am extremely disappointed that such an oversight has cost me both money and time. It is not my fault that the parking bay is so inadequate and poorly marked, and yet I am being penalized for a problem that lies entirely with your service. I demand a full refund for today's parking charge as well as reimbursement for the fine I have had to pay due to this issue. I expect to hear back from you promptly with a resolution. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint further.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Car got scratched whilst parked here. Also overall not a very safe area. Would highly recommend to rather spend a little more and park it in a better area. And I say this as a londoner who has parked a car in london for over 5 years.

The parking space was really easy to find but it didn't entirely fit our car (the space is small and we have an estate!) and the back end was slightly over onto the pavement. Unfortunately we were running late for a concert so it was too late to find an alternative arrangement so we left it nervously. However we came back to our car safe and sound! We personally wouldn't use the space again for our car but I would recommend it if your car is smaller!

Perfect spot right by the station. I bumped into the owner of the property as I was parking who was really lovely making me feel even more at ease about leaving my car. The space is set back off the main road, there is a large pavement between the driveway entrance and the road, I reversed onto the drive, I have a mini and my car was slightly overhanging onto the pavement - something to note but the space does say suitable for a small car.

Was never sure I found the correct place! Road is a hidden track off busy main road, did a 2 to 3 mile circle twice to find. Having rung contact number to no avail, knocked on door but no one at home, which is understandable. If the drive is the parking place, to left of house, it's VERY difficult to swing into, with hedging to scratch car. Or is it the muddy parking slot opposite? As no one to confirm, I had to pay again, to park elsewhere!!
